Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Jio,
During Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji Maharaj (Rara Sahib Wale)’s Kirtan Parchar in Delhi, they at first conducted Kirtan Divans at a rich individuals property by the name of ‘Virla’. A number of SatSang Kirtans were conducted here, however after a while, many jealous individuals persuaded Virla to stop Sant Ji Maharaj from conducting Kirtan on his property and put forward a false story of how there was a possibility that Sant Ji Maharaj and their Jatha may take the land over. Of course this was not the case whatsoever, however for the sake of maintaining his land, Virla informed Sant Ji Maharaj that they are not to conduct Kirtan here. Sant Ji Maharaj did not protest or question why and instead remained quiet.
Following this, Sant Ji Maharaj conducted their Kirtans at the famous ‘India Gate of Delhi’ where normally such programs were not usually carried out. However due to the demand of the mass congregation, this program went forward.
Virla on the other hand began experiencing immense pain within his body and found himself restless at all times – to the point where he was unable to sleep. He tried many different medicines and foreign remedies and advice, however his pain would simply not go away. An associate of Virla informed him that perhaps his disrespect of Sant Ji Maharaj caused him to experience such pain and that he should immediately go and beg for forgiveness.
Virla did as so and upon arriving at Sant Ji Maharaj’s Charan he begged and begged to be forgiven. Sant Ji Maharaj explained that they hadn’t uttered a harsh word against him for this to have had happened. Virla understood that his ill actions had caused his illness to occur through karma and further begged to be forgiven.
Sant Ji Maharaj then assured Virla that he would be fine and that he should go to the Charan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj and pray to be healed. Virla did as so and the pain miraculously seized upon the completion of the Ardas. Virla’s faith was restored and as a sign of gratitude, he held a Sri Akhand Path Sahib at his personal residence and invited Sant Ji Maharaj to conduct Kirtan there.
And so as illustrated in this Saakhi, Sants have no need to speak up against anyone, even if falsehood and slander is spread about them they have no need to respond as they have full faith in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj to maintain their honour. Time speaks for itself and what is truth becomes visible sooner or later.
Please forgive us for any mistakes.
